Payment

For bookings made directly with BookBudapest, the full accommodation price is paid in advance through the secure online booking system. No separate security deposit is normally required.

Flexible Rate

The Flexible Rate may be cancelled until the cancellation deadline shown during booking, set for the day before arrival. After the deadline, the full booking amount is non-refundable. The rate conditions shown in the booking flow are controlling for that reservation.

Non-refundable Rate

The Non-refundable Rate is normally approximately 10% lower and becomes non-refundable after booking.

No-show

A no-show is charged at the full booking amount.

Payment security

Payments are handled through the booking system and Stripe. BookBudapest does not ask guests to send full card details by WhatsApp, email or phone.
