Direct bookings

Your confirmation contains the code/access needed to manage the reservation immediately.

Booking.com / Airbnb / other OTA bookings

Approximately five days before arrival you receive an email with the GuestAdvisor link/code so you can complete the mandatory online check-in.

There is no separate “Online check-in” navigation item — registration happens inside the same GuestAdvisor flow.
