What is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early access is only possible if the apartment is ready and explicitly confirmed.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit is not normally required. Guests are responsible for the full cost of damage, lost items or keys.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
How does online guest registration work?
Required guest registration is completed digitally through GuestAdvisor. Direct guests receive access with confirmation; OTA guests typically receive an invitation about 5 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible: cancel until the day before arrival; after the deadline or no-show the full booking amount is non-refundable. Non-refundable rates are normally about 10% lower and non-refundable after booking.
How do I manage my booking?
